Prayer Interrail 01/02 It was also in Amsterdam that God spoke to me, very strongly, about starting prayer trips in Europe. And I asked questions like "How is it going to happen?" and "Where's everybody going to come from?" But God said "Let me take care of that." So I accepted that and I trust God to fulfill His promise. It came to me that after some time we would be about 200 disciples doing these trips. PrayerInterrail summer 02 We were and prayed in 10 capitals: Bern, Ljubljana, Zagreb, Prague, Madrid, Rabat(a European tourist city in Africa), Lisboa, Rome, Athena, Warsaw and Berlin. I’m sure that we did a great work in the spiritual world, but I understand now better than before that Europe NEEDS Jesus. It was real special in Madrid, where great compassion came over me. The I could pray in a hole different way. God showed me the hopelessness they in the world lives in. I saw the great need for ‘the hand’ in Europe with a word and a vision. So we have a lot to pray for. Jesus said that we should pray that the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth laborers into his harvest. Afterwards did he call them to work, they he had told to pray (Matt 9:35-10:1). That means that you have to be in a period of prayer before you can go out as a worker. Work before prayer will lead to strive and unfruitfulness, but work and harvest after prayer will lead to finished-made-works for you to go in and great fruitfulness. We experienced something special in Africa. Before we were there, in Spain where we were going to take the ferry, we meet a girl who we started to testify to. She ask us several times concerning the Jews: "Do you hate Jews?" and "Are you against Israel?". She became a bit shocked and could nearly believe it when I started to explain that we love Israel and the Jews. When we sat on the train in Africa, she wrote on a piece of paper that she was a Jew and that we shouldn’t tell it to anybody on the train. I became very glad when I read that and continued with even greater eagerness to preach the gospel and to show her, that if she doesn’t believe in Jesus she will lose everything she has demand on according to her nationality, in the bible. She was very close to be saved. I have contact with her still and believes that she will be saved. Something else that happened in Africa was that I gave a bible to a Muslim, and he said that he would read it and give it to someone afterward. But when he was on his way to go off the train, another person came nearly running and said: "What about me?" and with a look of a very hunger: "Give a bible to me to also!" This happened in Morocco, a country with 98,7% Muslims. I believe that this happened for God to show us that it is open in Africa because of many years of prayer. And without regard to the condition on the field, in Africa is it time for rain, whereas in Europe we still have to pray if we shall have a season of rain to await for. Prayer trip03 We where in London, Dublin, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Liechtenstein and Amsterdam!
On the ferry to hirtshals we met Atle from Vennesla. I testified about that God healed me, and we got to know that he was a brother, when I asked: “Do you also want to give your life to Jesus?”
When we had walked off the ferry that led us to Dublin, we asked someone about where the train to the Centrum went from. The second person we asked, said: “I will show you”. We followed him and he bought tickets for us. Later, did he also pay for ‘Isac hostile’ where we slept. We said that we where Christians who where going to pray for the city. Then he said: “Dublin needs a lot of interceding”. He didn’t want to talk about religion with us, but said that he meant that to be a Christian is not to go in church and such, but to do good deeds and to be nice. When we met him he said that he was going to drink, but when he left us, he said that he where going to go to sleep.
In London Uy noticed tree persons, one of them was wearing a big cross around the neck. We lost them, but after a short time we saw them again and I contacted them. They where believers and became very glad to see us. We gave them some booklets and they where going to send e-mail back to us, that way we could keep in touch. Later we met one who asked for money, I gave him every coin I had, and asked if he knew Jesus. He did. He had received Jesus for a long time ago. And he prayed every day. I said that he must take up the cross and carry it every day, but he answered that he didn’t have a cross. I explained what it meant and he understood at once. I gave him my Bible(English) since he didn’t have one, I gave him a booklet.
Reasons for this trips Why go out to the places, can't we just pray from home? I asked God the same after he had told me to start this prayer-ministry. And I received Psalm 2:7-8 where we read about Jesus who could first pray for the nations when he had come to the earth. Jesus can continue to pray for this today. But we see in the context in this verses, that it was when he came to earth he could start to pray for the nations(heathen). Secondly reason is: when we pray, we pray up to heaven and through the second heaven, which is ether governed of evil or good spirits. As we see in Daniel, the prayer became belated because of this. And we see that, through the prayer of Daniel, did it continue spiritual warfare in the heavens. So we can't do the same work in prayer, if we stay here, as we can do when we are going to the different places. We are going out so that we can make a clear road and a open heaven over the places we are coming to. Why in the summer? It’s that time God have told me to do it. An besides is it really smart because so many have vacation then. (I wont to rename summer to prayer-time) But I’ve also got an bible verse on it: Prov 30:24-25 There be four things which are little upon the earth, but they are exceeding wise: The ants are a people not strong, yet they prepare their meat in the summer; See also Pro 6:6-8. This way we can prepare the harvest and the fruit in summer.
Join this summers prayer-trip. And become a history-maker! To be a history-maker, is not, to self come in the history books. But to be the reason why they are being written! YOU can be a history-maker, by changing Europe through prayer!
